OH THAT IS NOT FAIR! :O I so wanna choose so many from Warehouse 13 but I’m not allowed. *pouts* Okay…

Xena, badass, vulnerable, stoic… beautiful… ultimate woman ever ever. Just fabulous. I can’t even write more about her because it will turn into a 20k word essay. Can’t… 

Fuck… 

Leena ~ Warehouse 13. I know, I know… there’s not much of a character there compared to everyone else, but I swear to god the moment she’s on screen, I calm down instantly. I think it’s because the original character I wrote all those years ago (and fell in love with) is SO much like her, as in, she’s an innkeeper, cooks, makes desserts constantly, looks the same, similar name, etc, etc. that sometimes I feel I’m watching Lennie on my screen. So to me, she is a huge character but you guys just haven’t seen her all yet ;) xD (Sorry, Claud… it would have been you but my heart lies with another)

Regina Mills ~ OUAT… seriously though, this woman. It’s like my favourite kind of character ever. Like Conqueror!Xena and we didn’t get to see much of her so this is delicious. Unghh… The vulnerability and just crappy social skills when it comes to kindness and affection and stuff is just heartbreaking and lovely and I love her and I blame all of the magic because nobody should have a fave TV character this fast ever. 

Willow ~ Buffy the Vampire Slayer… I think I can speak for most when I say “Willow is me.” I was the geeky lesbian who bumbled and was seen as kinda dizzy (still am) and bright but still have that doofus-y attitude. And then the character evolution oh my god. Spectacular. The magic addiction was amazing, you just wanted to help her, but you wanted to smack her too because you loved her so damn much. 

Olivia Spencer ~ Guiding Light. Another one of those “I can do it, I’m fine… leave me alone” characters who actually just needed a new heart and a cuddle. And a bit of sex on the side to stop her from going insane. I mean I love Natalia, I do… but Olivia seemed more human to me because she had that many flaws. Believe it or not I’d be more intimidated by Natalia than Olivia because she is SO good… and I don’t think I could match that, but I can relate to Olivia so seeing her get the girl and the family was awesome.

That would have to be either Xena or Buffy. Xena was when I first geeked out and found out what shipping meant and that was back in… 2005. But I was always a fan… I’ve just been in the fandom that long and Buffy was 2004 but I wasn’t as vocal as I was with Xena, i.e, travelling hundreds of miles to meet some Xenites who I met on teh netz and were just as crazy as me. 

Seeing as a few fandoms are taking me hostage, I neeed more people to follow. Like if you post lots of;

Major, major Xena!spam coming up folks. 

Just have to get this out because frankly I’m fed up with how people treat others in fandoms all over the spectrum.

1. Just because you ship someone in one way, does not mean someone else ships them in the same way. (If you imagine character A and character B shtupping in the cloakroom or in secret, does not mean another person does so. It could simply be that they’d like to imagine them sharing a tub of ice-cream or doing something as innocent as lending money or a hug.)
2. Ships don’t always have to be sexual. Romantic friendships exist in real life, they can also exist in fandoms. 
3. If someone ships something, it doesn’t necessarily mean they have to ship them now. It could possibly mean that they think two characters could possibly be suited in the future. 
4. Shipping is allowed to be shallow, and nobody should feel shame for liking the idea of two, or three, or even four, etc. together just because they look good and would suit each other aesthetically. 
5. Shipping can be animals, children, cartoons, trees… anything, any form. Again, shipping is not always sexual, and people shouldn’t jump to conclusions that it always is.
6. If your ship is the largest ship, if it’s canon, or it’s the one most people ship the most, don’t undermine people who ship other characters, trees…etc (I don’t know why I’m stuck on this tree thing) They’re not “wrong”, they’re just different. People see things in different ways. A three second glance could be a huge moment for a large ship, and mean nothing for another.

Lastly, never feel ashamed for shipping whoever you do. If someone hates on your ship, keep your lil chin up, make gifs, write fic, rewatch/reread your fave moments… whatever. But it is your own business, and if it makes you question your sanity, fine. If you find people who feel the same way as you, great! But be loud and proud, because as I’ve learnt, you never know who you might meet who’s been looking for you for a long time to share their flails and their feels.
